  1. Open a command prompt window
  2. Navigate to a directory where the installer (you downloaded this when you purchased the product) is located.

  3. Type (Replace 1.0.5.0 with the version you have)

  4. A SupportFiles directory  directory will be created in the same directory with a file inside it called Bsw.Coworking.Agent.Installer.msi.  Double click that MSI file.
  5. Click Next on the Welcome screen.
  6. Choose Repair and follow the prompts.
