Before Beginning
- When you have new permanent/daily members you want it to exclude, you put their email address on the 'Security Clearance' field under 'User Defined Fields' on their IdFile. If the email address doesn't fit, continue on the next line underneath. This product does include a basic command line tool that can bulk add email addresses to id files using a spreadsheet.
- If they cancel the reservation, it will immediately remove the shift and permission and then the generated badge/idfile if they don't reserve anything for 30 days
- If they move the reservation, it adjusts the shift in Isonas automatically
- If they become a permanent/daily member, adding them to the 'Office Members' group will prevent their IDFile and badge from being cleaned up by the sync tool
- Try to avoid editing the LSG/LS groups, shifts, and permissions manually
- If you change the name of the Liquidspace Users group or the Office Members group, you need to immediately open the 'Launch Configuration' program on your Start Menu and update the dropdowns on the venue accordingly.
