When you have new permanent/daily members you want it to exclude, you put their email address on the 'Security Clearance' field under 'User Defined Fields' on their IdFile. If the email address doesn't fit, continue on the next line underneath. This product does include a basic command line tool that can bulk add email addresses to id files using a spreadsheet.
If they cancel the reservation, it will immediately remove the shift and permission and then the generated badge/idfile if they don't reserve anything for 30 days
If they move the reservation, it adjusts the shift in Isonas automatically
If they become a permanent/daily member, adding them to the 'Office Members' group will prevent their IDFile and badge from being cleaned up by the sync tool
Try to avoid editing the LSG/LS groups, shifts, and permissions manually
If you change the name of the Liquidspace Users group or the Office Members group, you need to immediately open the 'Launch Configuration' program on your Start Menu and update the dropdowns on the venue accordingly.
Installing Product
Download the latest installer
Double click the installer. You will probably be prompted with the 'User Access Control' dialog. If not, don't worry about it. If you are, click Yes to allow the following program to make changes to this computer.
When the dialog appears, click the 'Install button'. If you do not already have the .NET 4.5 framework on your computer, it will be downloaded from Microsoft and installed before continuing.
You should then see this screen, click Next, click the checkbox to accept the license agreement, then click Next.
Click Next on the Destination Folder screen unless you want to install to a different location. On this screen, you will need to choose a secure password. You will not be able to proceed until you enter a password.
Once a password is entered, click Next, then click Install.
The installer copies files, creates a user (from what you specified above) that the Windows service will run as, and creates a Windows service that will handle the updates.
Once the installer is finished, click 'Finish' and then a dialog will appear asking for the password you specified in the install dialog above. Type the password and press Enter.
The configuration screen will then appear.
Click Isonas settings and specify the details based on your Isonas installation.
Click Google settings and enter the client ID and client secret supplied with your receipt. Click Authorize then on the web browser that appears, enter your Google credentials and grant access to the application.
Click Venue Settings and create a Venue and then create the various rooms you have Liquidspace/Google calendars setup for. Save once you have populated everything.
Close the configuration utility.
If you have any permanent/non-Liquidspace users that you wish to exclude from reservations, make sure their email address is entered in the user defined fields section under field addthishere and make sure they are all in a group that you configured on the venue in step 13.
Start->Run->services.msc
Find Bsw Coworking Access Control Service
Click the "Start" the service link.
The service will then begin synchronizing with Google calendar.
